Li Ruoshan is a professor and doctoral supervisor in the accounting department of School of Management at Fudan University, the first doctorate in auditing in New China and a member of the budget review committee of the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. He is vice president of Shanghai Accounting Association, vice president of Auditing Society, independent director of five large companies. Professor Li completed two National Natural Science Funds, one National Social Science Fund and a Ministry of Education Fund, etc. He also completed a key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 5 achievements at provincial and municipal levels. In 1991, he was awarded “Chinese Ph.D. Awards Who Made Outstanding Contributions at Work” by the State Council's Academic Degrees Office and the Ministry of Education. Professor Li Ruoshan has a wide range of research fields.
